There is one guest suite bedroom on the first floor with an adjoining full shower/bathroom on 1st floor...offering a 2nd full bedroom on the first floor allows for guests to have more options, without going up the steps.

On the 2nd floor, in addition to the 2nd Master suite, there are 3 additional bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and balcony with partial views of Ocean City, Maryland. Another bedroom is a very kid friendly bedroom with 2 different bunk beds, making it a great room for up to 5 children! The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a Full size and a twin bed which could accommodate 3 guests.

There are four full baths & a large loft area with a pull out queen sofa bed.

There is a large dining area complete with a spacious and comfortable dining table which seats ten people and additional seating at the island. Ultra comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets for that just-like-home sleep experience. 8 smart flat screen TVs with lightening fast internet, upgraded oversized trim work & wanes coating to give you that coastal feel. Totally Furnished with high end quality pieces. In addition, for those who want to experience the comfort of home without the hassle, a linen and towel service is included in the rates for a complete turnkey experience. This is also a smart house so no keys are necessary.

In addition, there is a large deck area off the great room perfect for dining outdoors. A large professional size gas grill is available and is perfect for BBQs.
