This courtyard also offers plenty of storage space for all of your beach gear. Above the courtyard, is an upper deck with a table/chairs/umbrella, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or refreshing drinks.

This air conditioned unit has a living room with a sofa bed and smart TV. All of the TVs are smart TVs so you can stream your subscriptions. The kitchen is fully equipped and has several amenities such as icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer set is located right off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with a full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two full beds with TV. The second full bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom.

There is a community in-ground pool just around the corner from the unit. The condo association provides lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas in the pool area. Outside of the pool area is an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Also, there is plenty of parking in the community parking lots. Centrally located near bus depot at 144th Street.

The unit is located within walking distance to Harpoon Hanna’s, Island Watersports, Viking Golf & Go Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, and so much more.

Tenant must supply bed linens and towels, as well as paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. No pets. Non smoking. Not handicapped accessible as you must climb stairs to enter and exit the unit.
