You enter the home through the second floor, where you will find a living room, gas fireplace, kitchen, dining, half bath, laundry room, and access to the upper screened-in patio. Down the stairs, you will find two bedrooms with a queen size bed, one bedroom includes a bunk bed over the queen and a pull out trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a full bath and a sliding glass door to the lower screened-in patio.

You will have access to the entire house.

A quiet tranquil neighborhood called Tobacco Branch amid the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains. Enjoy a dip in the neighborhood lake, go fishing, or simply take a quiet stroll around the community area.

You will be sent a lock code on the day of your arrival. You will enter your code and press the pound # key, and the door will unlock. To lock the door simply hold the pound # key until the door locks. Please do not lock the door knob.
