Sophie's Choice Cabin rests at the end of a private road on 5.6 wooded acres. You pass other houses getting to the cabin but it is very private and secluded once there. There is a seasonal long range mountain view.

The cabin is very close to town, the grocery store, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Polar Express train depot.

The town of Bryson City just continues to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! It's small town feel with quaint boutiques, breweries, and restaurants surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring and summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrah's Casino offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. So much to do...Boat Rentals. Rafting. Tubing. Hiking. Biking. Exploring.

Plenty of room for parking at the cabin in a flat area. The road to the cabin is maintained regularly. You pass a few houses getting to the cabin at the end of the road where you then have 5.6 private wooded acres to enjoy. If 3 or less cars, it is easy to pull in and turn around in the parking area. If you have more than 3 cars, it is best to back in for an easier exit.
