You will need a vehicle to fully enjoy the area. GPS to the location is best. Community provides shuttle to Fenwick Island State Park beach Fri thru Sunday (all week for July 4th)included with purchase of amenity guest passes.

Must be 25 years old to book and provide a copy of your government issues photo ID at time of booking. No unauthorized guests allowed Fur babies only allowed if registered and $200 pet fee paid. Please keep all pets off furniture and do not leave in home alone. No smoking No parties Quiet hours 10p-9a If any rules are broken booking will be cancelled immediately and $500 fine assessed. Requests for resort passes must be submitted at least 7 days prior to arrival, with a $5 administrative fee per pass for late requests or changes made with less notice.
