A brand-new condo located in Escondido at Sienna Hills.
Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of southern Utah. Located only 40 min. from Zion National Park , sand hollow and quail creek are 15 min. and downtown St George is only 15 min. away. easy access to abundance of of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.
The main floor has a large, well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, gas stove, lots of storage and is equipped with all the cooking pots, pans, and utensils you will need to cook a great meal at home. There is also a large open living room with an oversized, comfy sectional sofa and 75" smart TV, dining area, laundry, powder room and several closets on the main level.
The upstairs has a large Master suite with a walk-in closet, 65" smart TV, and ensuite bathroom (soaker tub, separate shower, and double vanities). There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with 65” smart TV’s, one with a queen bed, The other with a full over full bunk with a trundle. There is a separate full bathroom just outside of the bedrooms. Their is also a arcade game with 14 different games on it for you to play.
There is a patio with quiet cozy seating and a fire pit to sit by at the end of fun packed day along with a BBQ to grill up a perfect dinner.

Directions: (Coming from I15)
As you come south on I 15 you hit exit # 16 which is the Hurricane Freeway exit that first that takes you out to Sand Hollow. The very next exit on I 15 is exit 13 as you travel south is called the "Washington Parkway Exit". There is a new Maverick there right off the freeway. Go through the roundabout just passing the Maverick gas station and continue down the hill on Washington Parkway. Make a Left-hand turn onto Grapevine crossing Rd , straight through the roundabout, right turn on Pleasant Valley lane, Left on cascada way and left on to mistico ally .
