We can’t wait to host you for your adventure! Here’s a look at the layout of our home, designed to ensure a fun-filled and relaxing experience. During your stay, our goal is to provide you with everything you need to unwind and make lasting memories.

☆Top Floor☆: The top floor combines fun and functionality, featuring a bunk room with 6 full beds and a full bathroom. A cozy loft area provides a dedicated work space for remote work needs. The rooftop deck is a highlight, complete with a private hot tub for relaxation and a BBQ area for grilling while enjoying scenic views.

☆Second Floor☆: Designed for comfort and connection, the second floor includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A living room on this level creates a cozy gathering spot and an extra queen pull out bed, and two connecting patios provide fresh air and a peaceful place to unwind. Plus, this floor boasts an arcade game, Xbox and foosball table, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages!


☆Main Floor☆: The main floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple dining options. Enjoy meals together at two dining tables or casual bites at the breakfast bar seating. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation, and a seating area by the front door adds a welcoming touch for a quick coffee or reading spot.

Zion National Park: About a 25-35 minute drive.
Snow Canyon State Park: Around a 45-minute drive.
St. George, Utah: About a 30-minute drive.
Bryce Canyon National Park: Roughly a 2-hour drive.
Walmart Supercenter: About a 10-minute drive.
Lin's Market: About a 8-minute drive.

Guests have full access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the private hot tub, BBQ area, arcade game, and foosball table. Additionally, enjoy complimentary access to the neighboring resort’s amenities, which include both indoor and outdoor pools, luxurious spas, a fully equipped gym, and a variety of sports facilities. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay!

SPA SERVICE: the spa service comes every Thursday and will go through the home to get to the roof.

Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!
