This END UNIT townhome in the Clearbrook community is full of light and recently renovated, ready for you and your family to rent! Come enjoy the great outdoors in Lincoln, just 2 minutes to LOON mountain (on the weekend ski shuttle route), or great hiking and other outdoor activities. Enjoy our membership at the Village of Loon Pool and Fitness center (indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, and outdoor tennis and basketball).

Here's a tour: when you enter the unit, pass through an unheated mudroom to drop your gear from the day's adventures. Then you go into a heated entrance with a wonderful bench to sit down and take off your shoes or put on your gear when heading out.

If you go downstairs and to the left, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). On the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed (sleeps 3). This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom.

Back upstairs, the main level has lots of light and an open concept living room (with a cathedral ceiling), a dining room, and kitchen. The living room features a new sectional with pop-up feet supports to make for the most comfortable lounging and tv watching, as well as some chairs and even a bean bag. The Smart TV has internet apps like Hulu/Netflix, and basic cable. The GAS FIREPLACE can be turned on after a long day outside with the touch of a button. The dining room has a brand new expansive table that SEATS 11 and opens to the kitchen area, which is large and well outfitted. New countertops and cabinet doors were installed August 2020. This level also has a small deck, and outside is a propane gas grill.

From this main level, if you go up half a flight of stairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed. (We enclosed the loft space) Outside of this room, on the landing, is a storage unit with kids toys.

If you continue up another half flight of stairs to the Primary suite, you will find a queen bed and a sleeper chair, as well as a full ensuite bathroom. The woodland views from this room are gorgeous!

In the spring, summer, and fall, this property is great for exploring Loon Mountain's gondola, mountain biking, and aerial tours, as well as downtown Lincoln's stores and outdoor adventures. Bathe in the river or in the next complex over, at the Village of Loon's outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis. Use our membership to the fitness center or tennis courts, or play mini golf or go ziplining downtown. Take a hike at the Flume Gorge or other local spots, or spend some time exploring Woodstock's cute shops, Clark's Trading post, or the Hobo Railroad.

In the winter, hit the slopes at Loon Mountain (2 minute weekend shuttle ride) or go snow tubing, snow shoeing, or gondola riding. Take the kids sledding or ice skating and come home to a warm gas fireplace.

There are two assigned parking spaces just outside the unit. In Addition, the complex has visitors’ spaces that are First come, First serve.

This is a family house so children are welcome and we have games and toys for them. We are also pet friendly, please don't stay here if you have allergies!

Also, because it is out of our control, we cannot offer discounts if Loon Mountain suspends mountain access, lifts, or ski shuttles, or if the pool/fitness/Jacuzzi area is closed.
