As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach!
