Designer Decorated Hilton Head Beach Villa
Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. Direct beach access on the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach!
