Newly updated in 2024! This cozy condo features a brand-new king bed in the bedroom and a bar-free fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room for extra comfort. Enjoy a full standing tiled shower, all-new flooring throughout, and Roku Smart TVs in both rooms. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful ocean view. Just steps from the beach, with bikes and beach chairs included, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Prime tourist area, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Biking distance to Sea Pines and The South Beach Marina. Biking is the most common form of transportation. We provide 2 and rentals are available if you need more, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
