Escape to a peaceful and comfy getaway at the Woodlands catering to families, traveling nurses, and businesses ready to explore the jewels offered by The Woodlands TX!
We offer 4 private bd, 3 full ba, a powder room with a full kitchen/dining room, and a living room equipped with a sound bar TV, foosball table, and various board games!
We are less than 5 miles from Market Street, Hughes Landing, Waterway Square, and Woodlands Mall as well as golf courses and walking/biking paths one can enjoy!
Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This includes all 4 bedrooms each equipped with white noise machines for sleeping, 3 bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen, Gameroom with tons of strategy games, 2-car garage & private driveway, backyard patio with furnitures & bbq grill with propane gas & accessory set (stored in the garage). Host doesn’t occupy any part of the house and yard during your stay.
Recently installed brand new HVAC system & gas furnace & dishwasher (Aug 2021). New Fridge (July 2021).
*** No parties or loud music allowed. The unifi protect system outside the house is equipped with a noise alert for respect to neighbors with families and non-college student living, and to comply with city ordinances regarding noise. ***

What we do in my company is wonderful, we turn perpetual renters into homeowners by selling them houses on owner finance! Almost all of our clients have been turned down or would be turned down by the banks. I love it, and most of our buyers are very grateful to finally be living the American dream of owning a home!
I am an admitted workaholic, but when I'm not working, I like to play tennis, go to the beach, eat at nice restaurants, travel or go out and have a few drinks with friends.
My wife, Chely, who is part of the team, is originally from Mexico, so we “habla espanol!” She is the driving force behind making sure that our listings have style and flair, and thank God for that because that is not my forte! She is great at staging and, of course, has excellent taste.
