The island kitchen & large dining area overlook the patio & huge backyard. Nice size family room for relaxing at the end of the day. Large master bedroom w/walk-in closet. Spacious secondary bedrooms. This home was equipped w/ cable, internet & A/C.
No neighbors on one side or behind. Fish from the canal in the back and Quiet area.

Almost all of our clients have been turned down or would be turned down by the banks. I love it, and most of our buyers are very grateful to finally be living the American dream of owning a home!
I am an admitted workaholic, but when I'm not working, I like to play tennis, go to the beach, eat at nice restaurants, travel or go out and have a few drinks with friends.
My wife, Chely, who is part of the team, is originally from Mexico, so we “habla espanol!” She is the driving force behind making sure that our listings have style and flair, and thank God for that because that is not my forte! She is great at staging and, of course, has excellent taste.
