Our home is ready for you and your friends/family in the 3bedroom, 2.5bathroom space. A spacious master bedroom with a full bath, a second bedroom with a full bath, third bedroom with a bunk bed, living room with a futon couch, fully equipped kitchen with most kitchen cookware, plate ware, cooktop, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine and an outdoor charcoal grill. Master and second bedroom has TV.

It's a 15-minute drive to the beach and less than a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, bay and a minute drive to Central Avenue.

We have one security camera on the front porch and one facing the parking space for security and safety purpose. They will be on during your stay.

High season rate is $4500/month January-April. A year long lease is $3900/month to account for high season. Lease length: 1 month to 12 months, depending on availability.
