Lealman is residential neighborhood in center of Saint Peterburg. We are about a 15 mins drive to either downtown or Saint Pete beach, 25 minutes from Clearwater beach.
Though centrally located, the property is set in an older neighborhood with lots of wild life surrounded. Don't be surprised if you see chickens roaming around. A few guests have mentioned noise related to the neighborhood's roosters.
The main demographic here is older, with most of the residents here owning their home for decades. You can see some grand new built properties and under construction properties, so the neighborhood is attracting younger families.
There's an elementary school in the neighborhood so please slow drive when driving and watch out for pedestrians.

Please note that due to the pet-friendly environment, we advise against bookings for guests with pet allergies.
