It's important to note that the house is a bi-level, meaning we do have stairs going up and down as soon as you enter the door. Keep this in mind if those you are traveling with have mobility issues or toddlers who haven't mastered stairs yet.

The table expands to accommodate 8 place settings comfortably.
The kitchen has ample space to utilize those cooking skills.
We have a 12 cup coffee pot for making a pot-a-joe for everyone in the morning, and a Keurig for when you need that afternoon pick me up.
Through the French Doors is the 10' x 10' deck.
A modest patio set allows for some chillaxin' on the deck. The backyard (although steeply sloped) is pretty private with woods surrounding.
A Weber Propane grill for firing up some shrimp on the barbie! (Note: Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane)
Back inside, the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need to make a home-cooked meal.

Our home has 2 en suites. The first floor suite features a queen sleigh bed, large dresser, and a desk/workspace.
Plenty of space to unpack. Stay for a while!
The double pillow top mattress will envelope you in comfort as you snuggle in for a night's rest.

The 1st floor suite has a shower/bath combo with curved shower curtain.
The second bedroom on the upper floor has a full over full bunk bed.
The second bedroom we call the "Llama Room."
The third bedroom, the "Bird Room," has a side by side bunk bed and twin. Your kids will love this space!
A small collection of books and toys for your kids is provided, along with LOTS of other baby gear.
These birds carry "tweet dreams" to your sweet little ones!

The hall bath on the upper floor is the second of 3 full bathrooms and has a shower/bath combo.
Now down to the lower level, the location of the garage/rec room, media room, laundry, and 4th bedroom with attached bathroom.

The projector is mounted to the ceiling and connected to a WiFi-connected Smart Bluray player, capable of streaming any of your favorite shows from your preferred streaming service.
Relax and cuddle up for a movie with that special someone.
The basement bedroom has a King bed--and did we mention, we cater to families with young kids. We have all the baby stuff!
This suite has a full bathroom with shower.
Laundry room available for all guests.
Now it's PLAY TIME for the grown ups! In the garage is the pool table and foosball table. Rack 'em!
Foosball tables remind me of a friend in college who had $200 and rather than buy a TV, he got a foosball table. We played it all the time!
The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with woods and a creek running at the rear of the property.
Floor plan of the upper floor shows you the spacious living and dining area, Master Suite, 2 additional bedrooms and deck area outside the kitchen.
Bottom floor shows the Media/Family Room currently decked out with High Definition Projector. The additional Bonus Suite and laundry room round out the living area, and the Garage is a game room in progress-currently housing a full size pool table.

Double Master Suites, Super close to ARK, Restaurants, stores, and I-75. Great location for seeing everything Northern Kentucky has to offer!

This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has everything you need for a month long stay or a long weekend visiting the awe-inspiring ARK Encounter. Close to everything! Mere minutes to Ark, Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants, and a local park.
