The space

This quad-level has been newly remodeled with a tasteful and contemporary feel. If you've never had the pleasure of being in a quad-level home, it is great for large groups. This house would be perfect for 2 families wanting to meet up and spend some time in a shared space. There are 4 different distinct floors, the upper and lower floors are home to the bedrooms and the middle two floors are where the kitchen, dining, and 2 separate living areas reside. What results is an area to get together OR spread out and have your own space.

The upper floor has three bedrooms (including the Master Suite) and two full bathrooms.

The Master Suite includes:

- King Size Bed with luxurious down bedding

- 12 ft x 15 ft floor plan with large closet

- 42" Flat Panel HD SmartTV

- Attached bathroom completely remodeled with *brand new* tile shower

The other two bedrooms on the upper floor are setup with a queen bed and a full bed.

The main level has a living area with leather sectional couch and 50" HD SmartTV. The living room connects to the dining area and full kitchen area. Past the dining area is a sliding door that opens to the 10' x 12' deck

with patio furniture for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap on a nice summer evening. The back yard also has a fire pit for spending those brisk autumn evenings enjoying the twilight.

Down the stairs to the lower level you will find:

- Laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use

- 3rd FULL bathroom with shower/tub

- Large living area with a monstrous 65" HD SmartTV

- Desk with office chair

- Super comfy sectional couch

- Sofa bed (can be made up for a small fee)

Down the next set of stairs you will find the last 2 bedrooms. One is perfect for kids. It has a twin top bunk (only for kids) a full lower bunk and a twin trundle.

The other has a California King Bed.

We love hosting big families. We provide baby gear free of charge to make your trip easier. Pack n play, full size high chair, booster seat, bouncer, swing, bassinet, and stroller that you can take to the local park or take with you to use at the Ark or Creation Museum The backyard has a fire pit area at the rear of the property. We are smoke/vape/pet free property (both indoors and out) and appreciate our guests helping us stay that way.

The garage is currently off limits for guests. There are also 2 housekeeping closets that we keep some personal items in that are off limits to guests.

Guest access

The subdivision has lots of great sidewalks, but to get anywhere you definitely need a car. It is not on any bus routes, but because of the proximity to the Airport, cabs and Ubers are readily available at almost any hour!

Parking is not allowed on the street for guests. There is ample space for at least 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note

Our area has some pretty weird and somewhat restrictive Short Term Rental laws that we operate under. In an effort to stay within those laws, here are the ones you should know about and make your best effort to follow, as we cannot risk fines or having our license revoked:

-There is no parking in the street for guests. Guest cars should also not block the sidewalk.

-Only guests mentioned at the time of booking are allowed on the premises.

-Refrain from making any excessive noise. Any excessive noise complaints may result in removal from the home without refund.
