The neighborhood is a newer and very small subdivision with only a few dozen houses surrounding a small pond. All the houses here were built in the last 10 years, and there is still construction happening in the neighborhood. It is located between I-75 and Hwy 25, two major North-South thoroughfares through Northern Kentucky. The neighborhood is quiet and subdued, with mostly middle class residents who work outside Grant County.
This area is pretty rural. Getting around here is only done by car. Ubers and Lyfts here are very uncommon, do not count on them or public transport. If you are flying into CVG or LEX, you will need to rent a car to get around.
TRAINS: We are close enough to the train track that the trains can be a sleep nuisance. About half a dozen come by each night and blow their horns. We have put noise machines in each bedroom to combat this, but if you are a light sleeper, you will be effected.
This home is in a subdivision and we do have neighbors that are permanent residents. Please be respectful of the neighborhood.
The backyard is pretty sloped, rendering it fairly unusable (except for sledding or rolling down!)
