No extra guests unless approved in advance

🚲 Guests may use available amenities such as bikes at their own discretion and responsibility. By using these amenities, guests agree to operate them safely and appropriately and assume responsibility for their use.

🌱 No prowling or loitering on the lawn.
🚭 No smoking inside (dispose of cigarette butts properly).
🚗 Do not park in neighboring driveways.
🎉 No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed without host approval.
🔥 Supervise fire pit & turn off propane after use.
🛏️ Treat towels, comforters & sheets with care (damaged linens affect deposit).
