Located on the second level of an exclusive boutique condo with only 5 units, this one-bedroom unit offers the best location in town. You’ll find restaurants, shops, and essential services just steps away—no need for a car or taxi. Enjoy the beach right in front, where yoga classes are held every morning.

The condo features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, ideal for additional guests. A private balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh breeze. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, and an array of kitchen essentials, perfect for preparing your meals.

Electricity Charge & Deposit Policy:

For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity usage is not included in the rental rate. Upon arrival and check-in at the condo, a photo of the electricity meter will be taken. At departure during check-out, another photo will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. Guests will be billed accordingly based on actual usage.

A refundable cash deposit of $150 USD per month of stay is required at check-in to cover electricity consumption. The final charge will be calculated based on the meter readings, and any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
