🧹 We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products.
✓ We NEVER use Plug-Ins. A clean house should smell like nothing at all!
✓ Non-toxic personal care and cleaning products from Public Goods.
✓ Eco features include recycling, dual-flush toilets, and energy-efficient LED lighting.
✓ In-fridge water filter so you can get great quality drinking water straight from the tap (bring a water bottle you can reuse).

🔐 For your safety, we program a unique code for each guest into the Schlage Encode keypad lock. We do not recycle or reuse door codes or have keys that could be copied.

There are SO many places to eat and shop within a few minutes drive. The Verde House is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, and the roads are pretty quiet, so it’s a great place to go for a stroll or a jog. We've got a Recommendations List in the house with all of our fave restaurants and places to shop to help you plan your vacation.
Since Tucson is very spread out, and Lyft or Uber can get expensive, we suggest bringing your own car or getting a rental.
The garage is available for guest use with sedans or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles will not fit in it but can be parked in the driveway.

Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:
- Owner's closet in the hall
- Garage storage closet
