Custom designed as a place for companies and families to socialize, this 5BD home with a private suite for your manager or grandparents is ready for up to 16:

--Centrally located, it's a 3 minute walk from a jogging park and minutes away from the Loop biking trail, two farmer's markets, and dozens of restaurants.
This is not a corporate-owned guesthouse filled with Ikea. This is decorated in a way that we love, with furniture we collected over time and colors that reflect our lives and travels in Latin America.

With its open-concept common room, guest suite, and many incredible amenities, this 6BD & 3 BA home has everything you will need to have a relaxing stay and socialize with each other.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms

● Primary suite: Cloud-like king bed, walk-in closet, and hutch storage

● Bedroom 2: Two Single beds on mechanized frames

● Bedroom 3: Comfy queen bed with large closet

● Bedroom 4: Two Single beds on mechanized frames

● Bedroom 5: Private workspace with a daybed that has a trundle as an

additional Twin bed (2 Twins total).

● A rollaway bed and all sofas are available for additional places to sleep. While we comfortably fit 12, we are open to having larger groups come, and can provide some mattress toppers and a rollaway bed.

● Bathroom 1: Ensuite in primary suite is sparkling clean with a full standing

shower

● Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom with two full vanities & sinks, iron & ironing

board, and a full tub & shower. (shared)

● Private Guest Suite (in-law suite), with Bathroom 3:

○ Suite contains a cozy king bed with a memory foam mattress topper,

fully-stocked kitchenette, 2-seat bistro table, lounge chair, full in-unit

washer & dryer, coffee bar, and private bathroom!

○ The inlaw suite is attached to the house, but with its own entrance, driveway, bathroom, kitchen, and washer/dryer. This means that some members of a group get excellent privacy while still staying on the same property as family.

Kitchen & Laundry

● Kitchen: fully-stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, an air fryer,

blender, popcorn maker, cooking basics, casserole dishes, and a crockpot!

● Full size washer & dryer with plant-based detergent provided

● Many options for those that love coffee & tea: French press, drip coffee, pour-over coffee, Moka pot, and cold brew maker!

Office

● Dedicated workspace, with full-size desk, second folding desk, extra monitor, and comfortable $500 ergonomic chair. This has a separate AC and heating from the main house, using a portable AC and wall-mounted heater.

entertainment area

● Spectacular 4K 60” SmartTV and lounging sofas for watching movies (TV

equipped with high-quality sound bar, Amazon Prime, ESPN+, Disney+, and digital antenna for local stations).

● Poker table that seats 8; this converts into a bumper pool table or an additional dining area for 8.

● Bar-size pool table.

● Dining area that seats 8 comfortably with an elegant gas fireplace. There is

additional seating for 8 more in the nearby game room.

● Home is equipped with multiple Alexa devices; music can be played in one room or all. These are very useful every day--come try them out!

● A pack ‘n play crib, high chair, and jogging stroller are all available upon request.

There is a pet fee, and we allow small dogs under 40 pounds only. Anything larger, please ask us. Note that the pets will be required to stay in the inlaw suite of the house, rather than the main section.

If you are bringing a pet other than a small dog, or more than one dog, please ask before booking.

Please note that the outside of the house has cameras which analyze what they see, and pets will be noticed. Please, don't be the guest that tries to sneak their animal in. We have cameras, it doesn't work, and it just creates problems for both of us. Cats are absolutely prohibited due to allergies.

There is a $300 fee for sneaking in an animal, and you will be told to leave. We have put hundreds of hours of loving care into this house, and need to protect it for the enjoyment of future guests.

MEETING GUESTS:

Typically guests check in on their own, but sometimes we are on site to meet them.

CAMERAS:

We have cameras surrounding the periphery of the house. They do not see into private living areas. Those attempting to bring extra guests in beyond the number registered, or pets, will be caught, fined, and asked to leave.

SERVICE ANIMALS:

As per Airbnb Terms of Service, we are happy to host you and your Service Animal. Please note, a Service Animal staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left in the home alone at any time during your

stay. This means not even left alone in a crate. You must take the Service Animal with you anytime you leave the house.

Animals left alone in the house will be seen as pets, and you will be fined $300 for sneaking in a pet, and told to leave.

Please note, we have cameras on the exterior of the property. As we live just down the street, we also sometimes meet our guests on site at the property.

Is the Service Animal required because of a disability?

What work or task has the Service Animal been trained to perform?

There are strict guidelines for those who wish to bring their Service Animal to an Airbnb:

--The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a Service Animal.

--You and your animal will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal. We will report fraudulent claims of Service Animals to Airbnb, and will evict the guest(s) without further notice in such cases. If this occurs, there will be no right to a refund.

--Please note the State of Arizona has a $250 fee for misrepresenting a pet as a Service Animal.

--Your Service Animal may not be left unattended. (Crating and leaving the animal in your absence is not permitted; the animal must accompany you AT ALL TIMES).

--Your Service Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

--We will ask you to remove your Service Animal if the animal is out of control and the animal’s handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken.

--Please walk your Service Animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

--Please clean up defecation immediately. Bring your own baggies and dispose in the trash can at the side of the house.

--Service Animals may not be on furniture (sofa, chairs, bed) or counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability. If required, please let us know so that we can arrange additional cleaning.

--The ADA only accepts dogs and miniature horses as service animals. Thus cats **are not** accepted as service animals.

Please note also that the above is for service animals. It does not apply to emotional support animals, which in the case of short term rentals in the state of Arizona are treated as pets. As such, you are required to report your ESA when booking, or will be fined $300 and made to leave the unit for sneaking it in.
