Welcome to this spacious, clean, bright, comfortably furnished 1bdrm/1ba private 750 sq ft in-law unit attached to my home w/fully stocked kitchen and full size appliances, situated on a one-acre property with private entrance in one of the most desirable and great walking neighborhoods in the Catalina Foothills. Outdoor space, access to washer/dryer. Parking next to unit. Quiet desert experience, just 7 miles downhill to UofA and downtown. Ask about monthly rates.
This is a newly re-listed with AirBnBr hiatus. The location is convenient and central to everything from shopping a La Encantada center to trailheads to resorts and downtown.
