Relax Inside and Out: The highlight of our home is the recently refinished, heated, and lighted pool (maintained at a cozy 85°F year-round), surrounded by a fully fenced yard for privacy. The partially covered patio features comfortable outdoor seating, dining areas, and a gas grill—perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather.

Inside, the open-concept living space includes:
+ A living room with a comfortable sofa set and large smart TV for relaxing evenings
+ A spacious dining room with seating for everyone and direct access to the pool area

+ The second bedroom features two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed upon request

We want you to have the best time! Vacations are fun and it’s great to have family and friends over if you’re visiting them; however we ask that you respect our home and property as if it were yours and follow the house rules for the safety of all.

Included in the pricing-Pool is heated to 85 degrees.

Security cameras present; for guests privacy we do not have cameras in the pool area. Our security cameras also have motion detector lights. The cameras on our property are for guest and owner safety - unplugging the base or any equipment related to the ring system will result in a $100 fee.

Maximum 10 guests per city regulations. Each guest over 8 incurs $10 charge per guest, per day. We cannot legally accommodate houseguests of more than 10.

Absolutely no pets, smoking or parties in the house or on the property. Any violation of this policy will incur fines of up to $250.
