This is a charming and contemporary studio with its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. It comes with extremely fast internet, a dedicated workspace for your laptop, as well as a portable laptop stand for working in the comfortable king size bed.

It has a fully fenced in and private yard with separate off the street parking, with private gate and entrance.

A pack and play crib, high chair, and jogging stroller are available upon request.

We provide Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Paramount+, Kanopy, and ESPN+ for you to relax with while enjoying the huge, comfy kng bed. There is also an Amazon Echo and a Nest voice assistant device, if you'd like to try out these digital voice assistants. There's a small air purifier as well.

A very fast Juicebox 48 Level 2 EV charger is onsite.

If you'd like a walk, there are several restaurants within walking distance. There are dozens more within a 10 minute drive. The Loop, a 100+ mile biking/walking trail, is about a 15 minute ride away.

A rollaway bed is available if there are 3 of you visiting. Like many rollaways, it doesn't have a lot of padding. If you let me know before you come, I will provide you with an additional topper for it.

There is an adjacent laundry room that is shared with the other units. It includes a washer, dryer, drying lines, and a drying rack.

The property has 3 units: a casita, a studio, and a main house. The studio and main house have one common wall, and the main house may be occupied by us, or other guests. The only area shared with the home is the laundry room. There is a lockable door in between for complete privacy. In over 18 months of renting this property, we have not had a single mention or complaint of noise being heard between the units.

Room darkening shades are available, please just let me know and I will get them set up.

Small dogs (less than 40 pounds) are allowed for an additional fee of $50. If you are bringing a pet other than that, or more than one dog, please ask before booking. Please note that there are outdoor cameras on the building; pets will be noticed. Guests with dogs that bark frequently (eg, out of boredom) will be asked to leave, as there are other guests in the attached house. Cats are absolutely prohibited due to allergies.

SERVICE ANIMALS:

We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs. Please note that to be a service animal, the animal is by definition required to be with you **at all times**, and thus cannot be left alone in the unit.
