Housekeeping and Cleaning Fee

• Cleaning fee is for check-out day only.

• The housekeeping company charges $175 as their own fees for extra services.

• If for any reason, after your stay, housekeeping needs to do any special cleanings or replace broken/damaged/stained/missing items, there will also be extra charges requested for compensation. Some examples include: wine/vomit/blood stains on fabric, smells that requires special air treatment, etc.

* Please also note that we do not allow packages to be sent in the property for less than 30 days booking.

This is a privately managed by Second Home Hosting. All items in the property are owned by the mgmt. team, so please DO NOT take them. (Spoons, forks, towels, sheets, coffee maker, pens, etc.)

•We charges a security deposit that varies per stay depending on the amount of days stayed. We charge 1 month rent as security deposit and is mandatory but will be refunded after your stay.
