- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.

- If you use the grill, ensure it is cleaned afterwards.

- The trash and recycle will need to be taken to the curb on THURSDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please do not place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.

- Please be aware that we have routine lawn care, so you may see/hear our lawn service working in the yard during your stay.
