- NO PARTIES NOE EVENTS. Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. If you need to alter the number of guests or pets, please do so through Airbnb. Because Airbnb’s insurance and policies only cover registered guests, we DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

- Smoking and vaping is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY; an ashtray is provided on the patio. Smoking and/or vaping indoors will result in a $500 fine.

- There is private parking via a gravel driveway; the gravel is uneven and bumpy- photos provided in the listing. If preferred, there is also free street parking in front of the home.
