- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

- Please be aware that we have routine lawn care, so you may see/hear our lawn service working in the yard during your stay.

- This home is in the backyard of a main house; please park on the street, in front of the paver path. Be mindful of neighbors.

For rideshare/deliveries, please ensure drivers do NOT use the driveway or deliver to the main house!! This verbiage is recommended:
“Leave deliveries on the paver pathway (to the left of the main house), at the wooden gate, marked with an “8”, DO NOT USE DRIVEWAY.
