Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful private gated community with a 540-acre lake surrounded by mountains, pristine wilderness and trails, along with a championship golf course. The community features: a marina offering boat rentals, yacht and sailing club, clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining, park with a playground and pavilion, 2 outdoor pools with a bathhouse and locker rooms (one is Jr. Olympic sized), tennis, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts, hiking and jogging trails, picnic and recreation areas, fishing, and much more. With over 20 miles of magnificent shoreline, Lake Arrowhead’s crystal-clear waters boast depths over 80 feet and always remains at a constant level. Being ranked as one of the cleanest lakes in the state, this stream-fed lake is ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, as well as picnicking at the Marina’s Lakeside Park. The 18-hole championship Highlands Golf Course is considered one of the best golf courses in Georgia.

- *Due to strict community guidelines, we can only accommodate up to 4 cars.* Ensure cars are parked ONLY in our 4-car driveway.

- As many of our neighbors are full-time residents, please be RESPECTFUL with noise, especially when outdoors.

- Ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.

- Please note that the entire top floor is the Master Suite, therefore there is no door into the bedroom. The master suite bathroom also has no door, however there is a separate water closet where the toilet is located, which does have a door.

- It is NOT possible to bring your own boat or other motorized vehicles onto Lake Arrowhead. Because this is a private lake, they only allow residents to bring motorized boats or vehicles. If you are interested in renting a boat, we recommend the local marina, KYSC Boat House.

- Do not bring food, drinks, or other items into the pool; if the pool has to be drained and cleaned due to misuse, there is a $500 fine.

- We have a pool maintenance company that services the pool once a week. You may see them during your stay, however they do not need to come inside or disturb; they are only checking the chemical balance and ensuring the equipment is functioning.

- Pool heating requires an additional $100 for each day that you would like it heated. When heated, the pool is designed to reach temperatures between 82-85°F.

- Kayaks must be returned to the rack after use. There is a $300 fine per kayak if lost.

- If you use the grill, ensure it is cleaned after use. There is a $50 fine for leaving the grill in disarray.

-*Ensure all 4 access cards are returned to the blue and gold box in the entryway upon check-out. Lost cards will result in a $35 per card fee.*

- The main floor bathrooms have tub/shower combos. To operate, pull the handle towards you for water.
