About this place

Family Friendly Villa at oceanside resort. Perfect for families with kids! Beach Equipment provided! Huge Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, & Playground.

Welcome to HHI Tide 21! This family friendly villa is a 4 minute walk through the beautiful resort to the beach, oceanfront pool and 3 resort restaurants or a 2 minute walk to tennis courts and playground.

HHI Tide 21 has an open floor plan that is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We want families with kids to love our villa so we have taken extra care to provide beach equipment, games, books, movies, & a fully stocked kitchen.

The villa is on the top floor of a 3-story building (no noisy upstairs neighbors!) with a beautiful view of the resort. There is No Elevator in our building.

Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided!

Parking Included

Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for our family vacations with our three children, we decided to buy our own vacation home in January 2020. We manage our own property because we want to provide a personal relationship with our Guests and create an experience that they will want to return to year after year!

We are available by phone, text, and email for all Guest questions, concerns, and issues. We live in Columbia, SC, but we have wonderful local on-island contacts, including an outstanding cleaning service and handyman that are available when needed.

Bike and walking paths are found all around the island. A bike rental kiosk is located at the resort entrance, so park your car and explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

The Breeze Trolley (seasonal) has a stop in front of our resort and takes guests to various stops located throughout the island, including Shelter Cove and Coligny Circle.
