Bem-vindo ao HHI Tide 21! Esta villa amigável para famílias está a 4 minutos a pé pelo belo resort até a praia, piscina à beira-mar e 3 restaurantes do resort ou a 2 minutos a pé das quadras de tênis e do playground.

O HHI Tide 21 tem um layout aberto que está totalmente equipado com tudo o que você precisa para se sentir em casa. Queremos que famílias com crianças amem nossa villa, então tomamos cuidado extra para fornecer equipamentos de praia, jogos, livros, filmes e uma cozinha totalmente equipada.

A villa está no último andar de um prédio de 3 andares (sem vizinhos barulhentos em cima!) com uma bela vista do resort. Não há elevador em nosso prédio.

Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided! We also have a pack-n-play (but guests must bring the sheets).

Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for our family vacations with our three children, we decided to buy our own vacation home in January 2020. We manage our own property because we want to provide a personal relationship with our Guests and create an experience that they will want to return to year after year! We are available by phone, text, and email for all Guest questions, concerns, and issues. We live in Columbia, SC, but we have wonderful local on-island contacts, including an outstanding cleaning service and handyman that are available when needed.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is conveniently located on the North end of Hilton Head Island with many great restaurants and shopping within 3 miles.

Bike and walking paths are found all around the island. A bike rental kiosk is located at the resort entrance, so park your car and explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

The Breeze Trolley (seasonal) has a stop in front of our resort and takes guests to various stops located throughout the island, including Shelter Cove and Coligny Circle.
