Dobrodošli u HHI Tide 21! Ova obiteljska vila udaljena je 4 minute hoda kroz prekrasno odmaralište do plaže, bazena uz more i 3 restorana u odmaralištu ili 2 minute hoda do teniskih terena i igrališta.

HHI Tide 21 ima otvoreni raspored koji je potpuno opremljen svime što vam je potrebno da se osjećate kao kod kuće. Želimo da obitelji s djecom zavole našu vilu, stoga smo dodatno pazili da osiguramo opremu za plažu, igre, knjige, filmove i potpuno opremljenu kuhinju.

Vila se nalazi na trećem katu zgrade s 3 kata (nema bučnih susjeda iznad!) s prekrasnim pogledom na odmaralište. U našoj zgradi nema lifta.

Our villa is ideal for families with children who will love the bunk beds in the guest bedroom, the basket of children's books, board games, family DVD movies, and all of the beach and pool toys provided! We also have a pack-n-play (but guests must bring the sheets).

Unassigned parking is available right outside our building. One parking/resort pass is included in your reservation total. If you have more than one vehicle, we will collect a $35 per vehicle fee for the parking pass prior to check-in. (You cannot purchase them at the resort.) Please let us know if you will have more than one vehicle during your stay.

After coming back to Hilton Head year after year for our family vacations with our three children, we decided to buy our own vacation home in January 2020. We manage our own property because we want to provide a personal relationship with our Guests and create an experience that they will want to return to year after year! We are available by phone, text, and email for all Guest questions, concerns, and issues. We live in Columbia, SC, but we have wonderful local on-island contacts, including an outstanding cleaning service and handyman that are available when needed.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is conveniently located on the North end of Hilton Head Island with many great restaurants and shopping within 3 miles.

Bike and walking paths are found all around the island. A bike rental kiosk is located at the resort entrance, so park your car and explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

The Breeze Trolley (seasonal) has a stop in front of our resort and takes guests to various stops located throughout the island, including Shelter Cove and Coligny Circle.
