Adriana's place was wonderful. She keeps it very well clean; the house is quiet if you are looking for quiet. The pool and spa due to my work hours, I did not ever get to use, but it always looks beautiful and inviting. She is very responsive and accommodating during my stay. I love her dogs; I got to meet them both on my one visit and on my second visit the other one came to visit me outside my room. however, you wouldn't even think she had any animals the house is that spacious and clean. I felt very much at home and very welcomed during my stay. I will definitely book again.

Adrianna's home was exactly as in the photos. She and her two friendly dogs greeted us at the door. The room was exceptionally clean, and the shared bathroom sparkled. Linens were fresh and luxurious and the bed was super comfortable. The pillows were a little large for us; but that is just a personal preference. The location to downtown Sarasota was less than 10 minutes. St. Amand's Circle and Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Lido Beach were easily accessible. We will definitely return when in the area again. Highly recommend Adrianna's at a very reasonable fee for a comfortable stay.

This stay exceeded ALL of my expectations (and they are pretty high, ha!). When you first arrive, you are greeted by a vibrant and welcoming blue front door. Enter and say hello to aesthetic relaxation! The decor is so tastefully done. An eclectic mix of beach items, pops of color, fun artwork, and the most awesome colorful decorative surfboard in the kitchen. Appliances are modern and easy to use. Huge walk-in pantry with a cute blue vintage door. Giant sink overlooking the patio. Wet bar with a separate drink fridge. Top notch. The family room has a comfy couch and FUN coffee table books. There is a plethora of games and kid books in the entryway table near the bathroom. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk-closet and ample storage. There is also a laundry closet with detergent pods and Oxiclean! Every family’s necessity! Both bathrooms have been updated and have plenty of extra items should you forget a hair dryer, q-tips, etc. Now for the outside…OASIS. A true oasis. From the beautiful giant green plants to the shaded verandas on either side of the sun room. We never wanted to leave. The pool is the *perfect* size and shape. One set of stairs but a giant platform to sit or lounge on, perfect for the kids to wade around in. The depth was perfect. Not entirely shallow, but too deep either. And the hot tub was a joy. And the outdoor shower. Woo! Outdoor showers > indoor showers. They also had two outdoor tvs, which we used in the evenings. And multiple beach chairs and beach toys that we were able to use for our days at Siesta Key. If you are looking for a thoughtfully designed and comfortable space to relax in (without any tacky beach decor or excessive seashells/flamingos), look no further! Book this place immediately! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Jarrod is THE host on Airbnb. I’ve never had such a responsive, caring host before! The place was insanely beautiful and in a great location. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived. We timed it to a 5 minute walk to beach access and about a 5 minute drive (if not less) to the circle. You could walk it for sure! The apartment is full of quality products. You can tell he definitely did not short out on quality. I know a previous review said no microwave, however there is one now! He has everything you need as well, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TONS of towels, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, and lots more. The area is also super quiet and great for walks. Jarrod was extremely helpful with local recommendations and responds fast! He has quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach stuff to use. We utilized these and were extremely appreciative. The beds were also very comfy and firm. Thank you for providing a home away from home Jarrod!! Don’t hesitate staying here! We loved it!

The property was equipped with all the toiletries and kitchen accessories necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is safe, quiet and easy walk to the beach. The beach towels, and beach chairs were clean and easily accessible. I have been to rentals where the beach chairs have been rusted. Not Jerrod's. The most important asset Jarrod possesses is his humanness and non-robotic responses to request and suggestions. I have come across rigid owners in the past and have chosen to never engage in doing business with them or their property management company. Jarrod was flexible and responsive to all of our concerns. His property was plenty spacious for my husband and myself. We got a 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment incase some of our family wanted to join us. We entertained and fitted 9 people comfortably. Maybe a couple more chairs for entertaining. Thanks Jarrod, it was nice doing business with you. The Bryant's
