Cape Coral vacation rentals

First, the description of the house is exactly as written and more. Second, there are no words to accurately describe how wonderful this home really is. We filled this house with 4 adult couples and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house comes with 2 pack and plays and highchairs, which is a big plus for those who fly in. The beds are extremely comfortable and extra blankets are in each room. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking/baking/grilling needs and plenty of starter seasonings. The open concept living/kitchen/dining was nice to entertain the family and keep an eye on the kids. The arcade and shuffleboard were a huge hit for our competitive family! We utilized the washer and dryer frequently and had no issues with it. The house is extremely clean! I have never been to a cleaner rental property! The bathrooms are nice with plenty of towels for everyone. We loved the neighborhood. It is very quiet, nice for walking, and within a few minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and the downtown area. Now, the most amazing part was the back patio and pool area, where we spent 90% of our time. The outside furniture is comfortable and plentiful. The bar/grill area is an awesome addition and we loved there was a mini fridge there, so we did not have to go inside for refill our beverages. The shallow area of the pool was great for the kids, and an awesome place to put a chair and relax! There are also many pool floats available for use. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayaks to cruise the canal. There was also very low traffic on the canal. We cannot say enough great things about this home and will definitely be renting from Michele and family again. They are very accommodating, quick to respond, and answered the many questions we had leading up to the stay. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This home was terrific! From the moment we walked in, the room felt inviting and was very spacious. The bedrooms are very large, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for in-home dining! The coffee bar was just perfect too! There are also great extras, like bikes and items for a beach day, which we took advantage of and very much appreciated having them to use. The location is just perfect! We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and only 1.6 miles from Cape Harbour, which was an easy bike ride. The management and communication throughout our visit was terrific! I had a few questions which were immediately answered and never did I feel put off or bothersome. We will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 5! Plenty of room and spacious. My kids said the pull out beds were the most comfortable they’ve slept on and with all of the sports travel they, have slept on a lot of beds so that says a lot. The best part was all of the amenities that they provided from shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, any and every kitchen appliance you could ever need. They had everything needed to spend an entire day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons to carry it all. Great location in an extremely quiet neighborhood and close to many delicious restaurants. The hosts are hands down the best we’ve ever had, quick to respond any time we had a question or wanted a recommendation of places to go. Once you stay you will definitely want to come back again! To start, Jasmine was PHENOMENAL! Extremely quick in communication and very responsive overall. The home is absolutely beautiful, even better than pictured. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house had many amenities. The home is very spacious, updated appliances, TVS, speaker, and pool area is just gorgeous. It was conveniently located about 15 minutes to the beaches and about 15 minutes downtown. The neighborhood is in very, very quiet neighborhood and need to be mindful of the 10pm noise restricted time frame which includes being in the pool area. Jasmine was an incredible host and I'm so glad we chose this property for our weekend stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Traveling with a baby can add extra stress but the house helped to ease a lot of it. Julija had a pack and play and high chair available at our request. The electrical outlets were all baby proofed which was an extra bonus to help alleviate some stress. There were also plastic plates, bowls, and utensils available for the baby. The house was very nice, comfortable, clean, and in a good location. The backyard was fenced in and well maintained and our dog absolutely loved the space. I would definitely book again on our next trip!

What a beautiful place! Our family of 4 couples had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Everything was extremely clean and well appointed. Some of the highlights were the amazing screened in pool and outdoor living space, the outdoor ice maker which allowed us never to run out of ice, the perfect indoor table and chairs which made for very comfortable dinners and board games, the comfy beds, the incredible master en suite, the outdoor bathroom by the pool, the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Diane has equipped this home with so many features that made our stay so enjoyable. And Diane is an incredibly responsive and great host. One example is they did not have a regular coffee maker available. I reached out to Diane and she offered to reimburse us if we wanted to purchase one, which we did and she did! The one thing I would comment on is the bedrooms get very bright at 7am or so - bring your eye masks if you want to sleep later. Book this place and enjoy - you won’t regret it!

We had a great stay at this property. The decor is fantastic, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook in the kitchen. Be sure to bring your own laundry detergent if you'd like to do laundry, although almost every single thing you could need is in the house, there was no laundry detergent. I never wanted to leave the lanai. The breeze was amazing and the furniture on the lanai is incredibly comfortable. I could have napped there every single day. There are puzzles and dvds underneath the TV in the living room in case there is a need for rainy day activities. I started a library there as well and encourage others to donate books they read and leave for others. There were a few issues with the pool/spa leftover from the prior renters (they must have been a rowdy bunch) but they were resolved by Monday afternoon (Saturday check-in). If there is one slight negative it is that the mattress in the master bedroom is incredibly firm, but honestly I don't think it's possible to have a rental property with a mattress that every single person will enjoy. By the way, head to Woody's just up the road- their blackened grouper sandwich was the best thing I ate on vacation.

What can I say about this magical home. To begin with, Lorraine is just awesome, she is the most responsive Airbnb host I have ever dealt with. Her home is beautiful (outside and inside). If you think you’re going to just a regular Airbnb, think again. This is better than a resort. You walk in and there is water and treats on the counter. You are provided all the necessities you need as if you were in your own home from a kitchen stocked with Keurig Coffee to every kitchen gadget you need to cook. There are beach towels provided for you and plenty of them. A beautiful garage equipped with fishing rods, canoes, paddle boards and beach chairs. That shower in the master bedroom is amazing, the mattresses are soo comfortable I we slept like babies. The entire home is just beautiful. We enjoyed all of our stay in the beautiful pool. Talk about pool floats, we took a couple and really didn’t have to, they have more than enough floats and pool balls. We also truly enjoyed the big Jenga, that was a lot of fun. In the later part of the afternoon if you walk down to the back deck you will see tons of turtles. The neighbor next door was really nice and brought us out bread to feed them. Overall I can keep going on every beautiful detail of the home and the amazing Lorraine. This is the best Airbnb my family and I have stayed in and it shows that Lorraine truly makes it a memorable experience for her guests. I can’t wait to go back in the near future.
