We selected Namast'ay at the Beach to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed, and it didn't take long for us to realize that we made the right choice! We were greeted by the room's noticeable cleanliness and attractive decor! One thing that definitely stood out, was the absence of obstacles in the room. It was a straight path from the entry of the unit to the private patio from where we could enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning! The bed was very comfortable, and we were assured a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach! Tina's communication before, during, and after our stay was on point, as she communicated all of our needs without having to bombard her with questions! Her recommendation of Blueberry's Grill for breakfast shouldn't be taken lightly, as we enjoyed a great meal with exceptional service! Overall, for my wife and I, this was the perfect place to celebrate the next milestone in our journey together! Our best wishes for Tina and Tony!

Our stay at Modern Escape was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed into a space that felt so inviting. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate—every surface shined, and the air was filled with a fresh, delightful scent. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the most thoughtful touches was the charming welcome basket waiting for us on the counter, containing an assortment of beverages and snacks—such a warm and unexpected surprise!Unlike other rentals where we've had to purchase essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and even basic spices, this condo had it all, down to the smallest details.Some of our favorite moments included sipping coffee on the deck as we watched the sun sunrise, strolling to the nearby beach store to pick up fun souvenirs, and taking a short five-minute drive to a fantastic Mexican restaurant that quickly became a trip highlight.We were also thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys that were available for us to use.This property is truly one of a kind. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and modern touch were evident in every aspect of our stay, making it an experience we won’t soon forget. I’m so grateful for the effort and care that went into creating such a welcoming and memorable retreat! Can’t wait to visit again.

This condo is absolutely amazing — and somehow the views are even better than the pictures! The space is beautiful, spotless, and the ocean view is truly breathtaking. We spent so much time on the balcony watching the sunrise in the morning and the moon reflecting over the water at night. It was easily our favorite spot. The little details made the whole trip feel effortless. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and tools you actually need to cook real meals. Having coffee ready the first morning was a huge bonus so we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the building is surprisingly quiet — we never heard the neighbors once. The shower has fantastic water pressure, and having plenty of clean towels and extra blankets made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The open, bright layout makes the condo feel spacious and welcoming the entire stay. Leigh was an outstanding host. When our flight was delayed and we were feeling stressed, she was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us adjust our plans and checkout with zero hassle. She truly made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a relaxing, easy, five-star getaway, this is the place. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The highlight for us was definitely the stunning view from the Oceanside balcony — nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while looking out over the water. The apartment itself was a perfect balance of spacious and thoughtfully compact, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The bathroom was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — literally steps from the beach with private access, which made it feel like our own personal paradise. There were tons of great amenities as well, including a super fun game room that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway close to Broadway shoppes, short driving distance to North Myrtle, and so many entertainment and dining venues. Michelle and Dennis’ place was absolutely beautiful! Michelle was always very responsive and so kind. Exactly as pictured, easy access to beach and pool, very quiet and peaceful! Since the listing is privately owned you can’t use the restaurant on site or the tiki bar by pool which wasn’t an issue for us. If you’re looking to cook a meal for the family you’ll have pretty much everything you need! Three things I’d mention for guests to be cognizant of: 1) There is an odor in main room, but nowhere else. I genuinely believe it’s an issue with the hotel as other guests at the resort mentioned it as well. The place was spotless so it’s clearly not a cleanliness issue. A candle or fabric freshener and you’ll be alright. 2) The Murphy bed won’t work for children under 40lbs as the spring won’t allow it to stay on the ground lol. 3) Listen when she says the water is finicky, don’t let littles use without supervision. Overall 10/10 would recommend Sandy Seashells rain or shine!!! ☀️🌊

Having Michelle host us was an absolute delight! She was incredibly proactive about providing all the information and then some needed to make our stay here relaxing and worry-free. She provided us with absolutely excellent restaurant recommendations- The House of Pancakes Cafe, Fiesta Mexicana and Riptydz, which we had wonderful experiences at all! She actually had a ton more but we just didn’t have enough time for them all lol. The rental is actually how it’s pictures and portrayed. Michelle has done a wonderful job at decorating the place to create a relaxing beach ambiance. The beds and linens were comfy, so we had really good night’s sleep. The rental is conveniently located near elevators, ice and vending machines at the resort-none that we ever experienced any noise from! And last but not least, the views! Absolutely beautiful and felt blessed to have experienced. If you’re thinking about renting from Michelle, do it! You won’t regret it.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed all of the on sight activities and restaurants. We were also only 2 blocks away from a grocery store so we were able to park our car and not use it for the duration of our stay. We stayed at the end of spring break so the overall property was very busy. The parking garage is very narrow so we took advantage of parking our cars the night we checked in and not moving them until we checked out. We greatly enjoyed the tiki bar that is close to the beach it definitely elevated our beach day. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great condo we stayed with two families while attending a baseball tournament. Conveniently located next to all restaurants and The Ripken Experience only 10min away. Mike the host was AMAZING.
