North Topsail Beach vacation rentals

The views are incredible! The pictures do not do it justice. Upon our arrival, we heard lots of Ohh's and Ahh's from our guests. Everything is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned. . This spacious ,three level-5 bedrooms ,4 bathrooms ,home has an intimate feeling, with 3 of the bedrooms that face the ocean with Balconys and great outdoor furniture. The Master bedroom is on the entire upper level and is truly a retreat, complete with its own mini fridge, sink and coffeemaker. I never wanted to leave! The views from the Master Balcony were awesome. And you could see the fishermen on the pier. Watching the sunrises from the bed made you want to get up and take an early walk on the beach. The Kitchen has everything you could imagine ! Making a meal there is a HAPPENING ! We took long walks on an almost deserted beach. We lounged in the oceanfront private hot tub toasting our good fortune to have stumbled upon this beautiful home by the sea. I am, profoundly smitten now by North Topsail and the local area. Wanting to make every moment the most it could be-we got up before dawn our first morning in Nirvana,made a great pot of coffee and stood watching the eastern sky as the sun rose illuminating the water and revealing the dolphins surfing in the waves It is a very romantic place - Nightcaps on the deck of the master level, looking at a star filled sky -what a way to end the day. Oh, and the HUGE flatscreen TV's made "movie night" great. We enjoyed the Free Netflix on the main level TV.This place is a dream come true ! It knocked me out. The house was spotless. We wanted for nothing ! I can't wait to go back ! See you soon "my " beautiful beach house ! PS- do NOT miss the new Sea Turtle Hospital!

Our family of 4 traveled with an uncle and this condo was the perfect setup for our family of 5! Everything was extremely clean (And coming from a previous domestic engineer, I am picky!). This condo is well stocked, comfortable and convenient. We walked to the pier each night, saw dolphins in the ocean each morning, cooked our Thanksgiving meal, enjoyed dinner downstairs one night, had breakfast at the pier one morning. Communication with the hostess was prompt and very helpful. I cannot recommend this unit or this host enough! One of our best experiences yet, and we love to travel. Will definitely be back! This unit has everything you need, from salt and pepper to toilet paper, beach towels, games, even a basket of necessities in case you forget tooth brushes, deodorant, floss, razor, etc. One day, we hope to have our own vacay rental, and I want to be just like these hosts!

We throughly enjoyed our family vacation whilst at the Krusty Krab! We traveled with our adult children (there were six of us) and choose this property because of the boat ramp and location. The covered dock was a great place to hang out in the evenings, grill, and fish. The home was beautiful and well appointed with comfortable furniture in every room with great TV’s and Apple TV’s. Two of the three bedrooms had black out shades which was great for sleeping in! The kitchen was spacious and very clean! They had a great selection of brand new pots and pans, glasses, and utensils. Brinnan was fantastic with communication via text and also provided cute personal touches to welcome her guests! We rented a golf cart which made it really fun to go to the beach and cruise the canals. We also loved having our boat and went daily to Lea Island, Richards Inlet, pop up islands on the intracoastal, as well as numerous restaurants on the water. The water on south Topsail was a gorgeous blue with white sand beaches! We definitely recommend this property and we plan to go back again next summer!

We’ve been vacationing in Topsail for years, and Serene Shores is hands down the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed. The house is stunningly beautiful, perfectly private, and impeccably well-appointed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a true home away from home. Serene Shores is perfect for a large family, especially if you’re looking for a place that also provides some private space for everyone. The bunk rooms were amazing—our children absolutely loved them! The beachfront location, combined with the serene atmosphere, perfect sized pool and hot tub made it the ideal retreat for our family. The owners, Smriti and Samit, were incredibly communicative and attentive, ensuring that our stay was flawless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and truly special place to stay in Topsail, look no further than Serene Shores.

This was our first time at Topsail Beach, but won't be our last. This house was perfect for us and and our family. The hosts were phenomenal and quick to respond to any messages. We didn't have and issues to be fixed while we were there as everything was clean and working. The outside shower was so convenient and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. We had game night around the firepit and we had such a great family vacation. The 3rd floor room connected to a small room with a daybed and trundle which was perfect for our kids. The elevator was helpful with luggage and heavy groceries. As far as location: the neighborhood was quiet, nice, and clean. The beach was right across the street - again very convenient! The beach was clean and not too crowded. The house was close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks again! We hope to be back next Summer!

Abbey Station more than lived up to it’s description. It was easy to find and had a cool Fire Truck parked next to the house! The security lock on the front door was top rate and easy to operate. The interior matched the pictures perfectly and then some as we discovered little nuances such as the bicycle tv stand and a huge fully stocked laundry room. There was more than ample storage space and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every need considered. The decorations fit the area’s seaside location and gave the place a homey feeling. Debra was constantly checking in to see to our needs and responded to us in quick fashion. I would undoubtedly give this place 5 stars and recommend it to anyone. I certainly hope to book again in the future. Thanks Debra for making our visit so pleasant!

Cute little house tucked away from the road. We had a very peaceful stay here. We were comfortable and felt very safe staying here. Would stay here again. We appreciate such helpful and welcoming hosts! We felt like part of the community here and explored many area's we otherwise wouldn’t have seen.

My recent stay at Cushy Coast House was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and comfort of this beachfront retreat. Every detail of the house was carefully thought out, creating a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. The location of Cushy Coast House couldn't be better. Situated right on the beach, I woke up every morning to the sound of crashing waves and the sight of a stunning sunrise. The private beach access made it incredibly convenient to spend my days lounging on the sand or taking a refreshing dip in the ocean. The house itself was immaculate. The interior design was modern and stylish, with a beachy vibe that perfectly complemented the surroundings. The living area was spacious and comfortable, with large windows that allowed for breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals and entertain guests. The bedrooms at Cushy Coast House were like a dream. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee was pure bliss. The bathrooms were also top-notch, with luxurious fixtures and amenities that made me feel like I was in a spa. The attention to detail and the level of service at Cushy Coast House were exceptional. The property manager was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was perfect from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making me feel well taken care of. Overall, my stay at Cushy Coast House was a dream come true. It was the perfect beach getaway, offering a combination of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.
