Mr. and Mrs. Java are incredibly welcoming and kind hosts. Their place is such a breather just outside the bustling cityscape of Limketkai. It’s filled with plants, which makes the air feel so fresh and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is very peaceful. Perfect for examinees taking PRC exams around Limketkai, especially those on a budget. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is so wide you could do a backflip in there! While there aren’t many stores nearby, delivery options are easy to access, and that was perfectly fine for me since I didn’t plan to cook while reviewing for my exams. This place gave me exactly what I needed: comfort, quiet, and a supportive environment to focus. Mr. and Mrs. Java are really thoughtful and would often check in on me when we’d bump into each other. A small gesture that meant a lot. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Java, for your wonderful and peaceful home!

Ovil's place is perfect for big groups and large families. Kitchen, living, and parking spaces are huge. Bedrooms are also spacious and the place is really quiet. The location is about 20-25mins drive from the city so it's best that you get your groceries and other essentials before heading to this place - although a sari-sari store is available within the vicinity. Wifi is also reliable and the host is very responsive. Overall, we had a great experience staying in Ovil's place and will definitely recommend it. The accomodation is worth the money you paid for.

I work remotely so a fast internet connection is a must and during my stay I didn’t have internet issues because there’s a router in my room (I think each room has one). It’s so quiet even if it’s located in the middle of the city. It’s around 10 minutes walk to Limketkai Mall, there’s a cafe (Coffee Project) around 5 minutes on the way to Limketkai and even more inside and outside the mall. I had food delivered most of the time, and the drivers had no issues locating House of Java. The bed and pillows is just so comfortable, maybe one of the reasons I barely go out lol. I am traveling solo, and I was surprised because it’s very private and secured. Maam Tes and Sir Per is very nice and accommodating as well. I extended my stay for a couple of days too and will surely stay here if I comeback to CDO in the future.

I've been to a number of accommodations in CDO and House of Java is my favorite so far. The place is a bit hidden and the location might initially put you off but once you get to your room, it was spot clean, peaceful, greens everywhere, as in proper trees and plants! ...which you would hardly see in any other accommodations around the city's location. House of Java has that countryside feel to it when in reality, you're only 15 minutes walk from all of the major malls around the area. 15 minutes walk towards Divisoria and the night markets. I'm focusing on walking because traffic around the city is real bad and I find it faster to just walk than ride a cab. Teresita and Per were also very accommodating and very approachable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great time, very responsive and helpful with everything. Love the apartment and view. Only thing missing was the sunset view, due to a new building being constructed that stole the sunset.
the unit has everything we needed. a big plus are the 2 smart TVs (dining area & bedroom). parking area not a problem. strong water pressure. well-maintained unit too...we enjoyed our stay here!!!
