My husband and I were vacationing in Rome for the first time and this was a beautiful and perfect accomodation . Our gracious hosts Fabrizio and Liliana were so helpful and accommodating from the time we booked their place until we left. The apartment was very clean, and much nicer than the description on VRBO. Fresh flowers and apple/custard tarte were sitting on the table when we opened the door to our new home away from home when we arrived. The view from the livingroom of The Vatican lit up at night was breathtaking. The neighborhood was very safe and walking distace to the market, restaurants, shops, bus, subway station and of course Vatican City. Our wonderful hosts were right across the hall and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Rome.I will so miss our time with Fabrizio and Liliana and consider them friends forever.

Giuseppe was amazing. We’ve visited many countries and stayed in many air bnbs but never met anyone as friendly as Giuseppe. He welcomed us at the door and carried our luggage up for us too. The place was spotless and everything was available. He had some drinks and snacks ready as we arrived very late. We asked for more towels and Guiseppe provided what we needed asap. The flat is so well located and the metro is 5 mins walk away which was so handy to get to places. Guiseppe arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport - Gianluca collected us from the airport and also dropped us at the airport. Guiseppe provided us with so many good recommendations and was so very informative about the whole flat. We felt right at home. It is tiring to visit Rome in 5 days as it is extremely busy. As my husband would say we had a power shower at the flat after a long day. It was like 15mins to the colosseum from the flat. I found Guiseppe very fluent in English so very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Luciano’s place! The apartment was spotless, with fantastic amenities like A/C (a lifesaver in the summer heat!), strong Wi-Fi, an elevator for easy luggage transport, and a washer and dryer. Luciano was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—he even met us in person at 11:00 PM for check-in and stocked the kitchen with coffee, fridge treats, and toiletries. The location right along the Tiber River is unbeatable. It's an easy 20-minute walk to both the Vatican and the Colosseum, with a bus stop right outside the front door for quick transit anywhere else. Highly recommended—we would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay in Rome and having a central place to stay helped maximize our vacation days. + The location was great! We walked almost everywhere from this apartment! It was clean. Jonathan answered my questions quickly. Having a bedroom separate from the living area(with the sofa bed) worked out great. They left several bottles of water to get us started. The AC was much appreciated in the June heat! - At first we couldn't get into the apartment but once the link was activated, it was fine. I also didn't expect to enter the apartment through an alley but it turns out that is part of the norm in Rome and we felt safe after we got used to it.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Lage, die schöne Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeit, hier wirklich zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, sodass wir uns rundum willkommen gefühlt haben. Es war der perfekte Ort, um unseren Urlaub in Italien zu genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Notre séjour chez Maurilio s'est déroulé à merveille! L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans le beau quartier de Trastevere. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié: la proximité avec toutes les commodités (supers restaurants, glaciers incroyables, nombreux commerces et transports en commun à quelques minutes à pied à peine) ainsi que des monuments du centre. Sans oublier bien sûr l'accueil très chaleureux de Maurilio, qui est à l'écoute, fort sympathique, réactif et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Le quartier est vraiment charmant, très calme la journée mais change de visage et prend vie le soir (animations locales, musique, bars et restaurants à deux pas). Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il se peut que cela vous dérange (surtout samedi soir où c'était la fête!), mais en fermant les fenêtres cela atténue beaucoup le bruit, qui n'est pas excessif et l'ambiance reste très agréable. Je recommande fortement et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir chez Maurilio!

We had an amazing stay, we booked last minute for a weekend in Rome! We were met at the door by our host and he guided us around the apartment. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 2 stops from the colosseum, also cross the street to get a bus and a 29 minute journey from the Vatican! The best weekend! Such a clean apartment and gorgeous layout! Thankyou to all involved, we had the best time ❤️ We will be back!!

Alles war perfekt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Sarteano. Das Apartment hat den typischen italienischen Stil und ist gleichzeitig super modern und makellos. Sarteano ist ein traumhafter Ort mit schönen kleinen Restaurants und Ateliers. Gleichzeitig ist es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana von dort erkunden zu gehen. Stefano hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben für Sarteano und die Umgebung, sodass wir perfekt aufgehoben waren. Die Kommunikation lief super und alles Organisatorische lief reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
