Welcome to our newly luxury stylish 50 m² apartment that is complemented by amazing common facilities you will hardly match in Chamonix! The apartment is composed by 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and a sofa-bed, a balcony with excellent views of the Mont-Blanc peaks. Free access common areas include a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, a climbing room and a well-equipped gym to relax after the day’s activities. Children will find lots of open green areas to play in as well as an indoor playground.
The apartment is located in an exclusive area that is 15min walking to Chamonix centre.
The closest cablecar (Flegere) can be reached in a few minutes taking a free ski shuttle that is 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 rooms. There are a maximum of 3 separate beds available, configured as follows:
-Room 1: twin or double bed (according to your preferences). A bed for 0-3 years old baby can be arranged as well.
-Room 2: Convertible and comfortable double bed sofa
In the lounge, there's a TV with satellite channels. The dining table seats 5 comfortably, and the modern kitchen is well-equipped with 4-burner hotplate, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a washing/drying machine.
Our apartment is located in one of the finest locations in Chamonix. The spacious common areas have been elegantly decorated and will make your stay unique.
Whenever possible, you will be welcome by our collaborator who lives in the Residence.
If you will be arriving out of your communicated schedule, do not worry! A safety key-box with code is located outside (code will be given upon request by sms).
Guests will have free access to any common area including SPA, pool, etc...
SPA is open from 10.00 to 21.00. A magnetic card is needed to access both these facilities and the garage
One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.

Tenenat is asked, as far as possible, to arrive between 15h and 21h and to inform the Landlord of expected arrival time at least 48h in advance to email@example.com. If Tenant has a last minute inconvenience, a delay of plane or on the road, Tenant is asekd to inform Landlord. Normally, the collaborator makes sure of the good order of the apartment, to collect any note from Tenant side and check the inventory at the start. Tenant has a period of 48 hours from the delivery of the keys to correct the inventory of the apartment, if necessary and to return it dated and signed to firstname.lastname@example.org After this period, the inventory will be deemed accepted as it is. If the state of order and cleanliness of the apartment is not the one Tenant expected (this can happen exceptionally when the people in charge of maintenance have too little time between departures and arrivals), Tenant shall report it on the same day arrival or the following day by 12.00 latest to the Landlord or the collaborator so that a complementary intervention can be made. Tenants will have free access to any common area including SPA, pool, etc... SPA is open from 10.00 to 21.00. A magnetic plastic card is needed to access these facilities as well as the garage and to open the door of the main reception. CHECK-OUT Check-out is by 10am, after making an appointment with the collaborator for the inventory check. Late check out can be offered whenever possible, and if it is asked in advance. In general, out of respect for the persons in charge of the household, we expect Tenant for ensuring that the apartment is left in a good state of order and cleanliness.
