Genoa vacation rentals

Wir haben diese Unterkunft sehr spontan während unseres Allgäu-Urlaubs gebucht. Es war genau noch diese eine Woche zur Verfügung, welch ein Glück. Der Weg vom Ort Calvarie zum Haus in den Bergen ist sehr abenteuerlich, aber dennoch zu meistern. Leider kannte unser Navi die asphaltierte Straße nicht und führte uns auf der anderen Seite des Berges über eine nicht befestigte Piste nach oben. Entschädigt wurden wir durch die herzliche Begrüßung des Gastgebers Stefano und der Bewohner, welche direkt unter der Ferienwohnung leben. Wir wurden mit einem Kaltgetränk und frischem Obstkorb begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön, ausgestattet mit antiken Möbeln, eben typisch für diese Gegend. Die Betten rochen frisch und die ganze Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber. Von der Wohnung hat man atemberaubende Ausblicke ins Tal und auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette-da genießt man den ersten Kaffe morgens gerne noch im Bett. Dort ist man auch direkt in der Natur und erlebt diese auch so, Mauereidechsen laufen einem über dem Weg, man hört die Zikaden, Abends fliegen die Fledermäuse und man hört die Rehböcke rufen. Stefano ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal hatten wir eine Flasche Wein vor unserer Tür und Gemüse aus seinem Garten gibt er ebenso gerne. Stefano ist sehr um seine Gäste bedacht, fragt auch schon Mal per WhatsApp ob es einem gut geht, oder ob er irgendetwas für uns tun kann. Wir sind sehr traurig das der Urlaub vorbei ist. Hier würden wir immer wieder Urlaub machen. Wir möchten uns bei Stefano für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub bedanken und wünschen ihm alles Gute und weiterhin immer tolle Gäste. Host gentili e disponibili. Check in e check out perfetti. La posizione della casa è fantastica, a due passi c'è la spiaggia e nel giro di 50 metri si possono trovare ristoranti, locali, bar, gelaterie etc. perfetto per passare la serata senza doversi spostare. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la vista, tutte le finestre della casa, che si sviluppa su tre piani, danno sul mare. Potersi svegliare guardando il mare è fantastico. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca qualche giorno di relax.

Appartamento splendidamente fully equipped e pet friendly nel cuore del centro storico, circondato da locali per tutti i gusti, con supermercato di fronte al portone, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro De Ferrari. Una volta issate le valigie in cima a 74 gradini (Mattia si è prodigato ad aiutarci e ci ha raccontato che nella parte medievale è molto difficile trovare stabili con ascensori), vi troverete come a casa vostra, anzi anche meglio! Estrema cura nei dettagli, finestre enormi e super insonorizzate, lavastoviglie, lavatrice&asciugatrice, 2 bagni, letto e cuscini comodissimi! Location ideale per visitare Genova a piedi, al riparo dal traffico e con ottima offerta di servizi attorno, tra cui un deposito bagagli a 5 minuti a piedi (piazza San Matteo) per il giorno della partenza. Utilissimo anche il kit di benvenuto e la proattivitá dell'host. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! 🤩

I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartment was exactly as described in the pictures—spotlessly clean, cozy, and with a charming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the view from the window. You could see the picturesque, colorful houses that Boccadasse is famous for, and stepping out the door, you’re immediately immersed in the vibrant beachside atmosphere. It truly felt like living in a movie scene. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, both in the apartment and in the surrounding area, which added to the overall peace of mind. If you're looking for a perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend it!

LOVED staying at the waterfront apartment. After having an issue with checking in at the correct time, Paolo was able to accommodate me and come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Finding the building was a little confusing as they are doing construction in the area and the roads are constantly being closed. But eventually we found the entrance and was greeted by Mattia who was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us around the apartment. This apartment building is brand new, 3-6 months old. All of the fixings and furniture was very tasteful and comfortable. It really felt luxurious being in such a light spacious apartment. All of the exterior walls are glass so there is lots of natural light coming in. There are also shades around the porches that can be closed for additional privacy or to block out the sun. We loved being on the water and watching the boats. It was very peaceful. One of my favorite stays so far in Italy.

Mattia super host! Molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti in questo comodo e spazioso appartamento in posizione ottima nella splendida cornice di Boccadasse. È stato pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste (è stato possibile effettuare il check out alle 12 anziché alle 10) e ci ha fornito tante indicazioni utili (ristoranti, mezzi di trasporto cittadino, negozi, possibili attività e attrazioni turistiche). L’appartamento è davvero comodo e ben organizzato, con un ampio terrazzo che prende il sole nelle ore del mattino. Si scende a piedi e ci si trova nella bellissima piazza Nettuno a Boccadasse. Grazie, appena possibile ritorneremo!

We stayed in Genova for 5 days and had a wonderful time living in this apartment. It was perfectly located with nice restaurants close by. The Host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for 2 people, clean and nicely decorated. Everything was there from kitchen to cleaning utensils. We really loved it here and want to come back

A great and accommodating host, a very good place to reach downtown. Very close to a parking, which was appreciated. Great apartment and nice view towards the port. In short, we loved our stay and recommend this spot very warmly !
