Dittmer-Watts Nature Trail Park in Lake Lure is less than two miles from A Touch of Luxury Cabin. It is across the street from the Lake Lure Ingles grocery store. This is a great place to stretch out and walk, or to take a morning jog. The park has 3.3 miles of trails with varying degrees of difficulty that will meet all fitness levels. The large sign at the entrance will help you to map your route, and connect to the different trails. They do offer a covered picnic area in case you want to pack a lunch; Ingles sells subs at their deli.

Remote is in the bowl on the coffee table. Be sure everyone reads through this before turning on the tv. 1. Always aim the remote at the sensor to the left of the bookshelf when doing any function, including turning tv on and off. Just stand near the coffee table and it will work fine. What Should I Do When the Trash Is Full?
There are two bear proof trash cans at the end of your driveway. Feel free to use these during your stay if the kitchen trash compactor gets full. Otherwise, housekeeping will take care of emptying the trash compactor after you leave.
