Come enjoy the beach life at this cute, quiet duplex only 1/2 block from the beach. Free parking and walk to the beach just a few steps away.

Indian Rocks Beach is a family-oriented community of just 5200 people, our beaches are not crowded. They are impeccably maintained and beautiful in every way.

Go for a swim, cast a line, rent a boat or build the world’s best sand castle. All this awaits you and is just steps from your door.

There is plenty of things to see and do while you are here. Restaurants, bars, museums, parks and so much more is within walking distance.

The space
You get 1/2 of a duplex with private parking and just steps away from the beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

An avid traveler myself. I relocated to this area temporarily in 2018. I fell in love with the area and the people that live here so I bought a duplex. I work from home which made it easy for me to relocate anywhere I wanted. I currently reside in the 2nd unit so I'm not far away should you need anything or have any questions about the area.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We use a keypad and will provide a code for your stay prior to your arrival.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy

Maximum of 3 adults.

House Rules

- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
- Guest can have visitors, but parking is limited. All guest will have to park on 1st street where allowed or at the public beach access where public spaces are available. Not on the street in front of the unit.
- 1 parking space is provided free of charge at the unit. A second small vehicle can be accommodated, overnight parking for additional vehicles is 25.00 per stay.
- Any request for early check-in will be on a case by case basis, and must be requested at the time of booking. If you show up early and did not request early check-in, it will not be allowed.
- Any use of outdoor water/hose for cleaning off water sports equipment such as boats, jet skis, campers, etc. will incur an additional charge.
- Any firearms brought onto the property must be disclosed to host in advance and must be secured the entire time it is on the property
- This property is not suitable for children under 13. It is not child proofed.

Payment Policy

Payment via credit card or paypal only. 20% Deposit due at booking and remainder is due within 30 days of arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit returned upon check-out

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
Reservations cancelled within 29 days of the start of the stay, no refund.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the appropriate day.
