Start planning your relaxing getaway at Paradise Palms house with a private, heated, screened-in pool, 6 minute drive from Indian Rocks & Belleair beaches! Located within a quiet, upscale neighborhood, it is close to white sand beaches, restaurants, golf courses, parks, and many other amenities! This open concept house with tropical décor, patio with grill, and modern kitchen, sleeps up to 8 and is centrally located to all the action of Tampa, St. Pete, Dunedin, and Clearwater!

When stepping into Paradise Palms house, you can expect to find a clean and tropical retreat that feels like it was designed for the perfect vacation - because it was!

The open concept floorplan flows out to the screened-in lanai with heated pool where you can swim, lounge, or watch the outdoor TV without bothering with pesky bugs. A new BBQ is provided if you’d like to grill dinner. The updated, fully-stocked kitchen boasts an eat-in bar. Enjoy the Keurig coffee in the morning out on the lanai or blend a delicious smoothie for breakfast using fresh fruits from the farmer's market. Two comfortable living areas and both an indoor and outdoor dining area provide all the space you'll need to relax. All of the three bedrooms feature new, memory foam mattresses to comfortably rest after a long day sightseeing or at the beach. A/C throughout the whole house, as well as several ceiling fans, ensure your comfort.

Beach toys, beach chairs, children's books, high chair, pack n' play, board games, beach towels, bath tub, washer/dryer, and more are included to make Paradise Palms perfect for a family vacation. If you need to work while in paradise, you can do use easily with the desk, supportive office chair, and high speed internet.

Items of note:
* The doors leading to the pool are equipped with an alarm to notify if the doors have been opened.
* If traveling with a baby, the house has a portable crib/pack n' play that can be used for sleeping. Including a baby, the house can sleep up to 9.
Guest access
Remote access with keypad. Easily access the home on your own schedule!

Guests have private access to the entire house (except the garage) and all the outdoor spaces (including screened-in lanai and pool). There is parking for two cars in the driveway.
Other things to note
* The house has two smart TVs. They are set up for easy sign in of your favorite entertainment apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu.

*The pool is heated to 85 degrees so you can enjoy a comfortable pool. However, on cold days where the ambient air temperature is below ~55 degrees, the pool water looses heat faster than can be heated. We can heat the pool higher for an additional charge.

* Please note: Quiet hours are 10pm-9am. The neighbors have our phone number and if guests are too loud or there are other issues, they will call us. This rarely is a problem but please be advised that this is a nice community and the HOA is strict about quiet hours. No parties or events are allowed.

* If you stay on a Monday, note that our landscaper and pool servicer stops by for maintenance. He only works outside and won’t disturb you, but be aware he will be by.

* Florida is tropical and has critters, snakes, and bugs. Most are harmless and should be left alone. To keep them in their proper environment, please make sure to keep the doors to the house closed and the screen doors around the pool closed. Alligator are not common in our neighborhood but it is wise to never go in freshwater bigger than a puddle.
