Let us know when you arrive (text or call), and if we can verify that the cottage is ready a little early, we are happy to let you know.  Please do not ask any cleaning or maintenance staff for limited or early access (e.g., to use the fridge or bathroom, or to put the dog in the backyard).  You are welcome to park at the cottage before check-in as long as doing so does not interfere with any staff who may need access until 4 pm.

The week before your arrival, you will receive an email with the door lock access code.

We expect your arrival and stay to be enjoyable and relaxing, but we want to hear from you immediately if something isn't as you expected. 

Upon arrival,  please inspect.  We have local resources nearby that can usually take care of any problems you may have, rather quickly. Please allow us to ensure your stay is a wonderful one.

Taking photographs or video around the cottage is a short-term rental best practice.  General photos, and especially photos of any existing imperfections you may spot, are helpful to us and a great way to protect you, and show the condition of the property upon your arrival.
