Their version of southern is upscale and different than what you might expect. Their menu includes sushi, fresh seafood, steaks, chicken and salads. There is something for everyone! A great place for a special occasion or to enjoy the view from their deck outside. You can go dressed up, or casual! Know Your LimitsTiki House Pensacola Beach welcomes parties. But we do have some restrictions to keep you and the house safe.1. All events, that will require rented equipment or additional guests on premises, must have prior approval.2. Guest limits must be maintained! No extra, off the street, or unexpected guests.3. All rented equipment must be removed by check-out.4. Noise ordinances observed. Quiet time begins at 10 p.m.5. House rules apply to all guests. Any damages are the responsibility of the renter.6. Only 20 persons may stay the night. Guests beyond the rental party must secure separate lodgings.7. No camping or RVs allowed.8. No parking on the lawn or opposite side of the street. Tickets will be issued by the county and damage to the yard and sprinkler system will be the renter&#x27;s responsibility.9. Any violation of the rental agreement could result in the loss of security deposit, eviction, or both.10. Remember this is a residential neighborhood. Children and families live nearby. If there is suspected underage drinking, public intoxication, public indecency, drug use, excessive noise or other illegal activity, the Escambia County Sheriff&#x27;s Department will be called and you could be arrested or evicted.

Weddings VenuesIf you are planning a small or large wedding, don&#x27;t forget to plan ahead. Here are some great suggestions on venues in the area from the Visit Pensacola website. Tiki House Pensacola Beach loves to be a part of your special day!

Tiki House is more than a vacation rental. It is our vacation home!  We purchased the home in 2015 because it is located in a quiet residential area right on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful area is full of beautiful homes, quiet beaches with the Emerald Coast's signature white sand. It is still close enough to walk, ride a bike on the trails, or take the free trolley during the summer to restaurants, bars, and shops. Or you could head east to the visit some of the most beautiful and preserved beaches that are part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. But we chose Tiki House specifically for its charm, character and amenities.  It has the largest private pool on the beach (according to our pool pro) and the perfect views from its many decks.  We want to make a stay at Tiki House as wonderful and memorable an experience for you as it is for us. Dedicated to making Tiki House THE vacation home of your dreams. We love Tiki House and know you will too!
