Desert Aire 18 hole PGA golf course. Warm spring thru fall weather make this an ideal place to golf most of the year.

Something about the end of the day when the sun is setting and the water is so calm. The River is more like a lake than a river in this area making it a great spot for water sports. Its also not crowded!

Wide, flat, non crowded spot on the river is perfect for all kinds of water sports.

Dining table is set to accommodate 6 chairs, but you can get 8 chairs to fit snugly if needed. We have 2 more available at the home.

Second and third bedroom share this full bath. Located in a hallway with the bedrooms for some privacy.

3rd bathroom is a powder bath off the living room.

4th Bedroom has a full sized bed. This is considered an occupancy of 2, but please be aware this bed is smaller than those in the other rooms. This room also serves as an office with a desk and large monitor.

Play a game with family / friends around the large dining table.

Cozy up into the evening with a glass of wine around the fire pit.

Covered patio to get some shade during the day.

After a day of fun, grill dinner on the large covered back patio.

Easy boat or trailer parking. Pull your boat through the gravel side entrance and drive straight through and out the driveway.

There is something magical about swimming on warm summer evenings as the sun is setting.

With 360 days of sunshine, lots of opportunities for golf. The weather starts warming up in April and stretches through October!

Work on your golf game at the driving range and putting green.

Boat launch within the Desert Aire community (within a 2 minute drive from the house).

Boat and enjoy all sorts of water sports with this incredible backdrop. And a huge bonus is that there is plenty of space on the water, so its not overly crowded.

The Columbia River is more like a lake in Desert Aire. Without out a lot of boat traffic it’s the perfect place for water sports.

Wide, flat and uncrowded water is perfect for water sports.

Summer in Desert Aire is the absolute best.

35 minutes away from the Gorge Amphitheater. We are a great home base for concerts.

I'm convinced there is no better place to go to a concert than the Gorge. The views are breathtaking.

The Gorge Amphitheater is 35 minutes from the house. This is one of the best concert venues in the country!

The Beverly Bridge connecting the Palouse to Cascades Trail is 10 minutes away from the house.

The house is 35 minutes away from Frenchman Coulee. This is an awesome place for rock climbing, and unbelievably beautiful landscape.

Open floor plan between the living room and the kitchen. Master bedroom is down the hallway behind the kitchen.

4th bedroom is in the door to the right.

New Home near Columbia River, Golf and Gorge!

Enjoy golf, fishing, water sports, Gorge concerts and more from this stylish new Desert Aire home! Our home is in a great part of Desert Aire, on a large 1/2 acre lot (not currently landscaped). The community pool, boat launch and golf course are all within the community and within close proximity.

The home is 4 bedrooms, with lots of space to accommodate your family/friends. 300 days of sunshine make this a great escape anytime of year! Something to note about our space is that it is a brand new home and the landscaping and fencing are not complete at this point in time. We are situated on a large lot, with a driveway that slopes down to the house.

Hi - Thanks for checking out our vacation homes! We are a family of four (myself, husband, son and daughter). We purchased our Surf City home in March 2022, and took over management in October (previously managed by a large local management company). We purchased property for our Desert Aire home in 2000 after years of staying with friends. We built a home that was complete at the end of 2022 and love spending time with family and friends out there when we can. We're excited to share our vacation properties with others to enjoy as well!
