Something about the end of the day when the sun is setting and the water is so calm. The River is more like a lake than a river in this area making it a great spot for water sports. Its also not crowded!

Dining table is set to accommodate 6 chairs, but you can get 8 chairs to fit snugly if needed. We have 2 more available at the home.

4th Bedroom has a full sized bed. This is considered an occupancy of 2, but please be aware this bed is smaller than those in the other rooms. This room also serves as an office with a desk and large monitor.

About this place

*New* Home near Columbia River, Golf and Gorge!

Enjoy golf, fishing, water sports, Gorge concerts and more from this stylish new Desert Aire home! Our home is in a great part of Desert Aire, on a large 1/2 acre lot (not currently landscaped). The community pool, boat launch and golf course are all within the community and within close proximity.

The home is 4 bedrooms, with lots of space to accommodate your family/friends. 300 days of sunshine make this a great escape anytime of year! Something to note about our space is that it is a brand new home and the landscaping and fencing are not complete at this point in time. We are situated on a large lot, with a driveway that slopes down to the house.

Hi - Thanks for checking out our vacation homes! We are a family of four (myself, husband, son and daughter). We purchased our Surf City home in March 2022, and took over management in October (previously managed by a large local management company).

We purchased property for our Desert Aire home in 2000 after years of staying with friends. We built a home that was complete at the end of 2022 and love spending time with family and friends out there when we can.

We're excited to share our vacation properties with others to enjoy as well!
