Something about the end of the day when the sun is setting and the water is so calm. The River is more like a lake than a river in this area making it a great spot for water sports. Its also not crowded!
Wide, flat, non crowded spot on the river is perfect for all kinds of water sports.
Dining table is set to accommodate 6 chairs, but you can get 8 chairs to fit snugly if needed. We have 2 more available at the home.

4th Bedroom has a full sized bed. This is considered an occupancy of 2, but please be aware this bed is smaller than those in the other rooms. This room also serves as an office with a desk and large monitor.
Dedicated office space in bedroom off living room.
Oversized washer and dryer.
Play a game with family / friends around the large dining table.
Cozy up into the evening with a glass of wine around the fire pit. Covered patio to get some shade during the day.
After a day of fun, grill dinner on the large covered back patio.

Easy boat or trailer parking. Pull your boat through the gravel side entrance and drive straight through and out the driveway.

Goditi il golf, la pesca, gli sport acquatici, i concerti al Gorge e altro ancora da questa elegante nuova casa a Desert Aire! La nostra casa si trova in una zona fantastica di Desert Aire, su un ampio lotto di 1/2 acri (attualmente non paesaggistico). La piscina della comunità, il lancio per barche e il campo da golf sono tutti all'interno della comunità e nelle vicinanze.

La casa ha 4 camere da letto, con molto spazio per ospitare la tua famiglia/amici. 300 giorni di sole rendono questo un ottimo rifugio in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno! È importante notare che il nostro spazio è una casa di nuova costruzione e il paesaggio e la recinzione non sono completi in questo momento. Siamo situati su un ampio lotto, con un vialetto che scende verso la casa.

Hi - Thanks for checking out our vacation homes! We are a family of four (myself, husband, son and daughter). We purchased our Surf City home in March 2022, and took over management in October (previously managed by a large local management company). We purchased property for our Desert Aire home in 2000 after years of staying with friends. We built a home that was complete at the end of 2022 and love spending time with family and friends out there when we can. We're excited to share our vacation properties with others to enjoy as well!
