I'm blocking dates on Airbnb but they do not show on Houfy?
Almost always Import Options. If the Airbnb feed is set to Only Reservations, Houfy discards its blocks - switch it to Everything from Calendar > Import > Synced.

Start with Import Options - that is the usual cause
If the Airbnb calendar is already imported, the setting that decides whether blocked dates come across is Import Options, and re-importing will not change it.
Open the listing's Calendar and click Import in the toolbar (the number beside it is how many calendars you already have).
Open the Synced tab and click the pencil icon on your Airbnb calendar.
Under Import Options choose Everything, described as "Import reservations and blocked dates".
Click Save, then click the circular arrows on that row to pull the dates in straight away.
Only Reservations imports an event solely when its title contains the words Reserved, Booked or Confirmed. Airbnb titles its blocks "Airbnb (Not available)", so with that setting your blocked dates are thrown away and the nights stay open on Houfy. Everything is the default for new imports and is what you want whenever you block dates on Airbnb.
If you have not imported the calendar yet
On Airbnb: go to Host, then Listings, and select the listing. Open Calendar, click Availability settings, scroll to Sync calendars, choose Export Calendar and copy the URL.
On Houfy: go to Manage Listings, open the listing's Calendar, and click Import in the toolbar. Paste the Airbnb address into iCal URL and give it a name such as "Airbnb" so you can recognise it later - left blank it is saved as "Imported Calendar". Pick a colour so Airbnb dates stand out. Leave Import Options on Everything, then click Import Calendar.
After it is set up
Houfy refreshes imported calendars on its own schedule. To pull the latest dates immediately, open Import, then the Synced tab, and click the circular arrows on that calendar's row.
Two things worth knowing. iCal is one-way: this brings Airbnb's dates into Houfy. To send Houfy's dates to Airbnb, use Export on the Houfy calendar toolbar and add that link on Airbnb's side. And if a red Check your iCal URL note appears on the calendar's row, the link has stopped working - copy it again from Airbnb and paste it in with the pencil icon.
